ArrivalGuides to Launch Library of Port Guides for Cruise Line Passengers

ArrivalGuides is launching a library of quality travel guides for port cities around the world, designed specifically for cruise ship passengers. These Port Guides will include all the information visitors will need from the moment their ship docks, throughout their stay, and emergency information, including the best sights and attractions, restaurants and bars, and how to get to and around the city from their cruise ship. In total, over 40 Port Guides will be created initially for the world’s most popular cruise ship destinations.

Having direct access to destination guides will enhance the cruise passenger experience and make their journey even more pleasurable.

The addition of these guides will complement the over 550 destinations already being distributed through ArrivalGuides’ extensive network, which consists of over 340 of the world’s most influential travel brands such as AAA, rentalcars.com, SAS, Aer Lingus and many more.

These distribution partners will use the destination content provided by ArrivalGuides, including photos and videos, for downloadable guides, booking confirmations, newsletters, inflight and cruise line entertainment systems, apps, preinstalled SmartTV applications and many other online and digital communications.

Aviva Pearson, President of ArrivalGuides, stated, “We are very happy to launch this initial bank of Port Guides, starting with the Port of Miami guide, to our clients and consumers. We intend on covering all of the major ports in the world, but we have decided to start with a list of 40 key ports, and gain valuable feedback to ensure that we have created the highest quality Port Guides available.”
