ArrivalGuides Content Now Available in Google’s Field Trip App

Niantic Labs at Google and ArrivalGuides, the world’s largest supplier of destination guides B2B, have partnered to surface ArrivalGuides articles on the Field Trip app. Content will be viewable in the Field Trip mobile app, as well as in the Field Trip cards that are nested in Google Now.

“Field Trip is a highly curated experience and ArrivalGuides is an excellent addition to the app providing high quality uptodate unique hyperlocal content at a global scale,” says Gijs van der Hulst, New Business Development Sr. Manager at Niantic Labs / Google.

Field Trip is a guide to the cool, hidden, and unique landmarks, milestones and happenings around the world. Built by Niantic Labs, a team at Google, Field Trip runs in the background of a smartphone, as well as on Google Glass. When travelers get close to an interesting site, the app notifies them of background information, story and photos from a publisher like ArrivalGuides.
